SAN ANTONIO — The City of San Antonio has launched a new online Public Safety Dashboard: Fire Response, giving residents access to San Antonio Fire Department data on fire and medical responses, arson investigations and fire prevention inspections.
The dashboard is located on the Fire Department’s website and the City’s Public Safety Dashboards website.

The site allows users to search incidents by council district and ZIP code, view maps, graphs and tables, download data, and review trends in Fire Department activity, medical response types and arson investigation statuses.
The current dataset covers Jan. 1, 2024, through July 31, 2026, and will be updated monthly with data from the previous month.
“This new response dashboard gives our community a real-time look at how their Fire Department serves them every day, while reinforcing our commitment to accountability, efficiency, and public safety,” said Fire Chief Valerie Frausto.
The Fire Response dashboard is the second in the city’s public safety dashboard series, following the Police Response dashboard released in October 2024. A Good Neighbor Program – Community Engagement dashboard is planned next.
