Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones talked about tinting the windows to AT&T Stadium following the FIFA World Cup in an interview with Fox 4.
You know those curtains inside AT&T Stadium and how they were used for the World Cup?
Well Jerry told @MikeDoocyFox4 and me that he’s considering tinting the windows because he likes the effects.

Jones didn’t promise to tint the windows, but said he would consider it, which is something considering some of his past comments.
“Do you know something. Thinking about it and doing something about it are two different things. I’ll think about it, it’s hard to tell that time of the year because the sun’s not the same this time of the year that it is in the fall.,” Jones said. “As we look at it, I like some of the effects of the tinting so we’re giving that a thought.”
The glare that comes though the window at AT&T Stadium has been a topic of much discussion during the buildings’ life with it impacting numerous games including a playoff tilt the Cowboys would lose to the San Francisco 49ers.
Former players like Dez Bryant have complained about the sunny glare with current players like CeeDee Lamb admitting the glare has affected them negatively during games.
Jones didn’t promise to add the tint, so fans shouldn’t hold their breath but expect a small celebration from Cowboys if he ever does follow through on this possibility.
