HOUSTON — A famous estate once belonging to former NBA player Nick Van Exel and featured on MTV’s “Cribs” in the early aughts is back on the market seven months after its last sale.
The estate at 3102 Noble Lakes Lane is listed for nearly $12 million — making it the most expensive Houston-area listing and third-most expensive in Texas to hit the MLS in July, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.

It’s back on the market after being sold at auction for $9 million to Houston lawyer Sarah Y’nhi Huynh from multilevel marketing moguls Holton and Earlene Buggs, according to The Real Deal. The December sale was among the most expensive Houston-area home sales in 2025, according to data the Houston Business Journal obtained from HAR, which is ranked by listing price.
Now, the home is back on the market with the current owner saying that “it exceeds their long-term needs,” according to Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, which is marketing the listing.
