SAN ANTONIO – The woman who died in a crash on the Northside on Monday morning has been identified.
Valerie Ann Keeny, 64, was driving near the intersection of Hardy Oak Blvd and Wilderness Oak on Monday around 11 a.m. when she was T-boned.

A teen driver T-boned Keeny as she was coming out of her neighborhood, causing her to become trapped inside her vehicle.
She was extricated and life-saving measures were preformed, but she died at the scene.
The teen driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
