Twiggy the waterskiing squirrel makes surprise leap into Ingram Park Mall crowd

SAN ANTONIO – Twiggy the Waterskiing Squirrel brought large crowds to Ingram Park Mall over the weekend, but one of the shows didn’t go as planned.

Shelby Polasek captured this video after one of the squirrels decided that instead of waterskiing, she’d rather drive the boat.

Then, the squirrel made a break for it, jumping out of the pool and onto a little girl in the crowd.

A brief chase followed before the squirrel was safely captured.

We’re told this was Twiggy the 12th, a baby squirrel who is still in training.
