LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Spirit of ‘45 Day at the Silent Wings Museum is all about gratitude. A day to reflect on, honor and express appreciation for the sacrifices and contributions of the World War II generation.

Join the Museum Curator for a detailed discussion exploring the significance of the medals and decorations earned by pilots. Honor the men who flew the CG-4A gliders on missions behind enemy lines, as well as the Home Front heroes who made their service possible.
