A woman was injured Wednesday night in an apparent road rage shooting near downtown Fort Worth, police said.

Officers were dispatched to a local hospital about 11:10 p.m. after getting a call about a shooting victim who had arrived for treatment, according to police.

The shooting occurred in the area of Interstate 30 and Summit Avenue, police said, and appears to be a road rage incident. The injured woman is expected to survive.

No suspects are in custody, according to police. More details about the shooting were not immediately available.
