LUBBOCK, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – After much social media speculation, country music legend George Strait has announced he will be performing in Lubbock at Jones AT&T Stadium in April 2026.
Strait will perform on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Fans can also expect to see country stars Miranda Lambert and Hudson Westbrook performing alongside Strait.
This is on the heels of Strait announcing in October his return to Death Valley, SC, since 1999.
Fake online articles have cited Strait to have a “One Last Ride Tour” in 2026, which, at this time, has not been officially announced directly by him, his team, or any official pages representing George Strait. The Lubbock and Death Valley shows are the only shows confirmed in 2026.
