CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police are searching for the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that injured a motorcyclist Saturday night on Everhart Road near Holly Road.
Officers were called to the area around 9 p.m. after a motorcycle was involved in a crash with another vehicle.
According to police, the vehicle was traveling southbound before turning eastbound in front of the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist then collided with the vehicle.

Police believe the vehicle involved may have been a pickup truck.
The woman riding the motorcycle was wearing a helmet and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said she is expected to make a full recovery.
Lt. Jennifer Collier with the Corpus Christi Police Department said officers remained at the scene to make sure the woman’s injuries were not life-threatening.
The other driver left the scene following the crash and has not been located.
Police are asking anyone who may have information about the vehicle or driver involved to contact the Corpus Christi Police Deportment’s non-emergency line at 361-886-2600.
The investigation remains ongoing.
