A new Corner Bakery Cafe location is opening along Dallas Parkway in Plano.

A 2,949 square-foot space is under renovation at Polo Towne Crossing in Plano, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Corner Bakery is known for its artisan breads used for sandwiches, salads and its soups. Some of its menu items include breakfast options like pancakes, panini and croissant sandwiches.
Customers can also order overnight oats or a parfait. Bakery items include muffins, bagels, or a cinnamon roll.
The new location will be the second Corner Bakery in Plano. Its first Plano location is located along Preston Road near the Park and Preston district.
