CANUTILLO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A traffic stop in Canutillo ended with a 37-year-old man in custody after deputies said he ran from officers on foot.
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at about 8:27 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Fourth Street after observing a vehicle with defective taillamps.
