Body recovered from Lake San Antonio after swimmer goes missing

A body was recovered from Lake San Antonio on Monday afternoon after a man went missing at the South Shore swim beach on Sunday, according to county parks officials.

Rangers said the man entered the water Sunday afternoon, did not know how to swim, and was not wearing a life jacket.

Dive teams were called Sunday night, and his body was recovered Monday afternoon.

His identity will be released after next of kin has been notified.
