Texas Book Festival sees 18 author withdrawals due to “ongoing flight issues”

AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Book Festival announced Friday that 18 authors will no longer participate in this weekend’s event due to unforeseen circumstances, including “ongoing flight challenges.”

The cancellations come as the festival prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary on Nov. 8-9.
