The 52nd Annual Harambee Festival offers a free, safe, and exciting trick-or-treat alternative for families across Dallas-Fort Worth.Rooted in the Swahili concept of “Harambee,” meaning “let’s pull together,” the festival will have the theme of “Harambee! One People One Purpose,” highlighting community strength, cultural diversity, and family engagement. There will be a variety of activities tailored for all ages.
