The UTEP football team returns about half its roster (50 of the 110 players on its roster) and coach Scotty Walden credits those players for accelerating the install of schemes with new coordinators, but if the Miners are going to improve from last year’s 2-10 mark, they are going to need some of those 60 newcomers to make a difference.
