A Silver Alert has been issued as San Antonio police search for a 76-year-old woman who disappeared from the Stone Oak area.
The woman was last seen around 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, near Stone Oak Parkway, according to an alert issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The woman has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, and authorities believe her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.
