Dallas-Fort Worth residents can expect extreme heat throughout the week with no chances of rain.
Madi Gordon, National Weather Service meteorologist, said temperatures may reach some of the highest levels for the year.
“Make sure you’re taking plenty of breaks if you’re spending time outdoors, and try to avoid being outdoors during the hottest part of the day if you can,” Gordon said.
