OXNARD, Calif. (KLTV) – Texas native Von Miller has signed a one-year deal worth up to $7.5 million with the Dallas Cowboys, Ian Rapoport of ESPN reports.
The 37-year-old is entering his 15th season in the NFL.
Miller played for the Washington Commanders last season, totaling nine sacks. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2011 and has been named to the Pro Bowl eight times. He was the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2011 and he finished twice in Defensive Player of the Year voting in 2012 and 2016.
Miller has also played for the Rams and Bills. He will be part of a Cowboys’ pass-rush rotation that features Rashan Gary, Donovan Ezeiruaku, first-round pick Malachi Lawrence, Sam Williams, James Houston and Marist Liufau.
Miller attended DeSoto High School and played college football at Texas A&M.
