Bellaire High School impacted by water main break

HOUSTON – The City of Bellaire is experiencing a temporary water outage following a water main break Tuesday morning.
The city says crews are working to fix the busted pipe on South Rice Avenue and Pines Street.
The water line break has impacted Bellaire High School and an elementary school, according to reports.
A caller told KPRC 2 that over 2,000 students and staff at Bellaire High School have no running water for bathroom breaks or washing hands.
KPRC 2 is working to gather further information and will update as it becomes available.
