Frisco Station is adding single-family homes to its growing mix of offices, apartments, hotels and amenities, with Toll Brothers set to develop the 242-acre project’s first luxury single-family neighborhood.
The Frisco Station Partnership announced the sale of 23 acres to Toll Brothers on Aug. 18. The 70-home community is planned along the North Platinum Corridor, with construction expected to begin in spring 2027 and homes anticipated to go on sale in fall 2028.
“We have a special opportunity to offer high-end, single-family residential homes during a time when available land in Frisco is limited,” said Mike Berry, president of Hillwood, general partner of Frisco Station Partnership. “The Frisco Station Partnership is excited to partner with a premier homebuilder like Toll Brothers to bring high-quality, luxury housing to the North Platinum Corridor and broaden the residential offerings in Frisco Station for corporate customers seeking the convenience of living close to work.”
A New Kind Of Frisco Station Address
Homes will range from 2,800 to 4,700 square feet, with 64-foot-wide homesites and a choice of one- and two-story floor plans. Buyers will also have access to the Toll Brothers Design Studio, where design consultants will help personalize finishes, fixtures and other details.

Location is a major part of the pitch. The homes will be within walking distance of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters, with Hall Park nearby. Frisco Station also has plans for additional restaurants, fitness concepts and retail along Lebanon Road.
“We are thrilled to introduce Toll Brothers at Frisco Station, where home shoppers can experience luxury living in the heart of Frisco,” said Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers. “With beautifully designed homes and a prime location, this community will offer residents an elevated lifestyle with convenient access to Frisco’s outstanding dining, shopping, entertainment and top-rated schools.”
The development’s 30-acre park and trail system will connect residents with the area’s hiking and biking network, as well as additional planned open space.
From Offices To Homes
The new neighborhood comes as Frisco Station continues to reshape its master plan around a live-work environment.
An updated plan for the Towers District calls for up to 3 million square feet of Class AA office space, along with a hotel and additional entertainment offerings.
That office component is already gaining traction. The Offices Three recently added nearly 50,000 square feet in leasing commitments from Parkhill, Raymond James and Ash Grove, bringing the building to roughly 48% occupancy.
The building is also adding 12,000 square feet of move-in-ready spec suites ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 square feet. The furnished spaces include access to shared amenities such as a tenant lounge, dining area, huddle rooms and bar-style collaboration spaces.
Frisco Station’s Residential Mix Keeps Growing
The Toll Brothers community will join an existing residential lineup that includes SkyHouse Frisco Station, Cadence and The Casey, with luxury multifamily development Bonham and Baker also planned.
Three hotels, Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station, AC Hotel Dallas Frisco and Residence Inn Dallas Frisco, give the development another piece of its live-work ecosystem.
Frisco Station is also expanding into health care. Cambridge Holdings broke ground in 2025 on the development’s first medical office building, launching its Health and Wellness District.
With offices, apartments, hotels, medical space and now single-family homes planned within the same development, Frisco Station is continuing to build toward a neighborhood where residents and employees can spend less time getting from one part of their day to the next.
