According to records filed with the Collin County Clerk, a data center developer has filed to access property just east of the Princeton city limits.
Meanwhile, the Texas Comptroller’s list of 147 data centers qualified for sales tax exemptions includes Princeton ProjectCo LLC, registered June 30, 2026, as No. DC746759-OC1.
No location is listed for that project, so it cannot be determined whether it involves the nearly 50 acres in Collin County owned by Aycock Enterprises Inc. of Dallas and appraised this year at just over $1 million.
