SAN ANTONIO — Two Northside ISD school bus accidents were reported Thursday morning, but no injuries were reported in either incident.

The first accident happened near Babcock and Eckhert roads on the Northwest Side.

Northside ISD officials said the bus was carrying 47 elementary school students to school when it was involved in a minor accident while making a turn.

No injuries were reported, but the district said all 47 students would be assessed as a precaution.

The students remained on the bus following the accident while they waited for another bus to arrive and take them to school.

A short time later, a second accident involving an NISD school bus was reported near La Cantera Parkway and the Interstate 10 frontage road on the Far North Side.

No injuries were reported in the second accident.

No other details about either accident were immediately available.
