It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of john, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend, who left us on Aug. 15, 2026. Born on May 17, 1999, John touched the lives of many with his infectious smile and warm spirit. John was the cherished son of Phil Gizzi and Jennifer Buck, who nurtured his love for creativity and exploration. He was a devoted brother to James and Chrissy, who admired his ability to find joy in the simplest of moments. As a father, John was deeply committed to his children, KJ and Lakelyn, who were the lights of his life. A proud graduate of Godley High School in 2017, John pursued a career in welding, a testament to his passion for working with his hands. He had an innate ability to transform raw materials into works of art, reflecting his imaginative and industrious nature. John will be remembered for his goofiness and the effortless way he could bring a smile to anyone’s face. Whether he was working on cars, building little projects, or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, his enthusiasm was contagious. His love for nature and the solace he found in the open air spoke to his adventurous spirit and zest for life. Though John’s time with us was far too brief, the memories he leaves behind will forever be cherished by those who knew him. His legacy of laughter, kindness, and love will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
