LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Rink’s Lease Service will begin water line installation Friday on E Cesar Chavez Drive between North Avenue R and North Avenue Q
The project will install water infrastructure to improve water service and reduce future maintenance.
Both lanes of E Cesar Chavez Drive will be closed during construction, with no traffic allowed through the area. Traffic will be detoured to Baylor Street.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution and avoid the area if possible.
