MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – K-State volleyball started its 2026 season in convincing fashion Friday night, sweeping Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 3-0 at Morgan Family Arena.
The Wildcats took control from the start and never allowed the Islanders to force a fourth set, earning their first victory of the season on their home court.
K-State will return to action Sunday at 12:30 p.m. when it hosts Campbell to close out the K-State Invitational. The match will be streamed on ESPN+.
The Wildcats are looking to build on last season’s NCAA Tournament appearance, when K-State advanced to the second round before falling to eventual national champion Nebraska.
