SAN ANTONIO – An off-duty Bexar County sheriff’s deputy was arrested early Friday and is accused of driving while intoxicated, according to BCSO.
In a news release, the sheriff’s office identified the deputy as Daniel Hernandez-Villarreal, 26.
According to an SAPD preliminary report, officers stopped Hernandez-Villarreal for speeding on Interstate 10 westbound near Huebner Road.
San Antonio police officers later took Hernandez-Villarreal into custody for DWI, the report said.
