LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – LPD’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating near an apartment complex at 28th and Slide road after officers responded to a civil disturbance. Police say a man was reportedly unconscious on the ground outside the complex.
Responding officers located the man with serious and had him taken to UMC by ambulance.
Police report the incident looked like assault. One person has been taken into custody in connection.
