JPMorganChase is adding another North Texas address to its growing footprint, this time bringing 120 bankers to Frisco’s HALL Park.
The financial services giant is leasing 41,000 square feet in The Tower at HALL Park at 6605 Warren Parkway, where teams from Commercial Banking, the Private Bank and Select Wealth Management are expected to move in early 2028.
The expansion also comes with more than 100 new jobs as JPMorganChase builds out its teams to serve businesses, families and wealth-management clients across the rapidly growing communities north of Dallas.
A New Banking Hub In Frisco
The 16-story tower will feature J.P. Morgan signage, giving the company a prominent presence along with its existing downtown Dallas location at 1900 N. Akard.
The new office will have room for up to 150 employees across two floors, along with flexible workspaces and access to HALL Park’s restaurants, services and other amenities.
“This expansion gives us a strategic base in a rapidly growing economic hub, giving our local clients full access to everything we can do for them,” said Graham Perry, Plano and Frisco Market Executive for Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan. “JPMorganChase has been part of Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 150 years, and this office will help us continue to support the businesses and families driving the region forward.”
One of the office’s more notable features will be a private Client Center, where bankers can meet with clients over coffee, lunch or a more formal conversation.
More Wealth Management Services For Collin County
The Frisco office will also expand JPMorganChase’s presence in the local wealth-management market.
“Our growing presence in Collin County shows the rising demand for wealth management and our dedication to meeting clients where they live,” said Ashley Herbst, head of J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Dallas and Collin County. “We are hiring top talent and expanding our team to serve clients locally. As more high-net-worth households emerge here, we remain committed to guiding clients through the complexities of their wealth and helping them secure and grow their legacy.”
The company already has a major presence just down the road. JPMorganChase’s Plano campus in Legacy West is home to about 13,000 employees, while roughly 560 employees work at the bank’s downtown Dallas office.
The new Frisco location gives the company another base between those two major employment centers.
HALL Park Continues To Grow
JPMorganChase will join a growing roster of companies at HALL Park, including The Hershey Co. and Chobani.
“Welcoming JPMorganChase to The Tower at HALL Park is a reflection of the community we are building here in Frisco,” said HALL Group Founder and Chairman Craig Hall. “Companies today are looking for workplace environments that attract great people, bring clients together and create a sense of community. As a longtime JPMorganChase client, I have experienced firsthand the exceptional service and expertise they provide. We are excited to see them expand their presence in North Texas and proud to welcome such a respected institution to HALL Park.”
JPMorganChase currently employs more than 17,000 people across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and about 32,000 statewide. The Frisco office is expected to open its doors to employees in early 2028.
