Police are investigating a shooting at an east Fort Worth apartment complex that injured one man on Friday night.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Boca Hill Circle shortly after 9 p.m. They found a man with a gunshot would to the leg, Forth Worth Police said. He was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
At least one suspect was arrested in connection with the incident. Zantrell Walker was booked into the Fort Worth City Jail early Saturday, according to police records. The 30-year-old faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault causes serious injury, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading detention and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Detectives from the Gang Unit are investigating the incident, police said.
