Hot temperatures and humidity will continue this week in Dallas-Fort Worth, with highs in the low 100s.

Patricia Sanchez, meteorologist for the National Weather Service, said temperatures will be in the upper 90s and low 100s, with increased humidity and little to no rain.

“Unfortunately, the dry weather will continue,” Sanchez said.

She said to maintain heat safety by taking breaks, staying in shaded areas and keeping hydrated. She also said to keep an eye on heat-related illnesses with symptoms like dizziness.

“It will definitely feel a little bit hotter, especially the second part of the week,” Sanchez said.
