Southeast Texas residents capture storm damage after Tropical Storm Edouard makes landfall

BEAUMONT, Texas — From heavy rain to severe property damage, Tropical Storm Edouard has left many areas across Southeast Texas battered.

Damage from the storm left thousands in the area without power, and heavy winds shut down the Rainbow Bridge near Bridge City for hours.
