(WJAR) — The jury in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial is set to deliberate for a fifth day on Wednesday.

This comes after the jury told the judge that it was unable to reach a unanimous decision. The judge instructed them to keep trying.
The central question is whether Clancy is criminally responsible for killing her three young children.
Her defense team says she shouldn’t be because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
The prosecution says she knew what she was doing.
A conviction could lead to a life prison sentence. If acquitted, she could be ordered to a mental health facility to determine if she is a threat to the public.
If a mistrial is declared, those charges could continue.
