HOUSTON – Air Force special agent. Lawyer. Pilot. Award-winning horror writer. Hank Schwaeble has quite the résumé.
The Houston author has turned his fascinating life experiences into a career writing horror, thrillers and suspense — and he’s a two-time Bram Stoker Award winner. He earned the prestigious horror writing honor for his debut novel, “Damnable,” and the anthology “Five Strokes to Midnight,” which he co-edited.
On Sept. 15, he’s releasing his newest novel, “Normal for the Spider,” a chilling story filled with secrets, betrayal and very real monsters. He will make another appearance at the grand opening weekend of the new Barnes & Noble in Richmond on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
