With the 2025 regular season of Texas high school football in the books, it’s time for the final SportsDayHS rankings, as voted on by staff writers and editors, until we return with our year-end rankings after the state championships.
The top teams in their 6A and 5A ballots received 20 points, the second received 19 and so on. The top teams in Class 4A received five points, and private schools received 10 points. The totals were tallied, and we ranked each team by its composite score.
Voters: Jamie Hancock, Emma Moon, Greg Riddle, Myah Taylor and Demetrio Teniente
