SAN ANTONIO — Three people were displaced late Thursday night after a fire heavily damaged a home on the city’s Northwest Side, according to officials.
Firefighters responded around 10:16 p.m. to a structure fire in the 8900 block of Peaceful Hills. Upon arrival, crews encountered active flames tearing through the residence.
All three residents evacuated safely without injury. Firefighters contained the fire, but roughly half of the home was destroyed.
Fire investigators are working to determine the cause of the blaze.
