Firefighters responded to a reported fire near a loading dock at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, the Dallas Cowboys’ practice facility, on Friday morning.
The Frisco Fire Department responded to the scene with mutual aid from the Plano Fire Department.
Early reports indicated the small fire was under control, though NBC 5 was still working to confirm that information.
Cowboys players were not scheduled to practice on Friday and are not expected back at The Star until Monday.
The team is preparing to kick off the season against the New York Giants on Sunday, Sept. 13. The game will air on NBC 5.
