EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Crews from KFOX14/CBS4 are in East El Paso after a heavy police presence was reported Thursday morning.
Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety and officers with the El Paso Police Department appeared to be on the scene at the intersection of Pullman and Manuel Acosta Drive, near where Pellicano Drive and North Zaragoza Road intersect.
Not much is known at the moment.
It appears a crash was involved, as law enforcement is surrounding a wrecked black car.
Video shared on the popular social media account @therealfitfamelpaso shows what led to the scene, suggesting that it might have been a chase.
Also, the video appears to show a man being taken into custody.

KFOX14/CBS4 has reached out to EPPD to confirm what happened and to learn more, as TXDPS stated that El Paso police is the lead agency in this investigation.
