Teen dies in motorcycle crash after being ejected from bike, landing in parking lot

SAN ANTONIO – A teen has died in a motorcycle crash after hitting a highway wall and being ejected from his bike.

The crash occurred just after midnight on Sunday near the IH-35 and Hwy 281 interchange.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the 19-year-old driver was riding at a high rate of speed when he hit a highway wall.

The teen was thrown from his bike and landed in a lower parking lot at Pearl, where he died.
