About The Painted Velvets

The Painted Velvets is a band of young, enthusiastic members showing that great music knows no age limit. The group consists of Julia Terrazas (13), Roberto Rodriguez Jr. (10), Antonella Nuñez (14), and Jackie Rubalcava (13), and combines piano, guitar, bass, drums, and vocals to create its own unique sound.

Julia began playing the piano at the age of seven and picked up the guitar when she was twelve. At first, she wanted to do something special, but it soon grew into a passion for expressing herself through music. Her ambition was to perform at The O2 Arena.
Roberto has played drums since he was six. What began as a hobby became a genuine love of making music from scratch. Besides music, his dream is to travel and visit all fifty states.

She started playing the guitar when she was twelve and more recently has taken up the bass as well. Because she deeply admires rock, she enjoys the freedom, expression, and happiness music provides. Her aim is to keep playing music forever and to continue writing new songs.
She has been singing since she was four years old, and her childhood aspiration to sound like a Disney princess has grown into a genuine desire to connect with people through her voice. At present, her aim is to share her voice with the world.

The Painted Velvets are injecting new energy, creativity, and passion into their performances; they are not just playing music, but also finding their own sound, writing their own story, and pursuing big dreams.
