BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A suspected intoxicated driver was arrested after crashing into a marked deputy vehicle, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 1 a.m. Sunday near Highway 90 and Loop 1604.

The sheriff’s office said the driver, identified as 24-year-old Xavier Stout, collided with a Bexar County K9 Deputy in a marked BCSO vehicle.

Stout was found to be intoxicated and arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, second offense, according to BCSO.

No injuries were reported. Deputies said there was no K-9 in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
