SAN ANTONIO – A motorcyclist was killed after going over the barricade along the Finesilver Curve, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The crash happened just before 7:30 p.m. Monday at Interstate 35 South to Interstate 10 West near Camaron Street, north of downtown.
Police at the scene said the motorcyclist, identified as a 39-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
SAPD said multiple witnesses are helping with the investigation.
As of 8:15 p.m., the ramp from Interstate 35 South to Interstate 10 West is closed. Drivers should expect delays and seek alternate routes, if possible.
