1. Methodist Richardson Medical Center expansion
Methodist Richardson Medical center is adding a three-story tower with mechnical space and an imaging suite on the first level, a 25-bed intermediate care unit on the second and shell space on the third, per a TDLR filing. Construction is estimated to take roughly a year to complete.

2. Denton County Civil Courts relocation
Denton County Civil Courts is relocating into an existing five-story office building in Denton, per a TDLR filing. The office used to be the corporate headquarters for Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. before the company relocated to Plano at the end of 2025, per previous reporting.

The Taiwan-based company, Wistron InfoComm Corporation, is creating interior office buildout on two levels of an existing building and constructing new parking, fencing, landscaping and water service, per a TDLR filing. The space will be used as one of two supercomputing facilities at AllianceTexas, according to a Hillwood news release. The two facilities will bring more than 800 jobs to the region, per previous reporting.

4. Sloan Corners retail – Buildings A, B and C
Three of four new retail buildings will be under construction as part of the mixed-use project Sloan Corners in Allen, per a TDLR filing. Facilities will be constructed for shell restaurant and retail space along with outdoor patios. The whole development is planned to be 480 acres across Allen and Fairview, per previous reporting.

5. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center McKinney dietary department expansion
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center McKinney is expanding and renovating its dietary department, per a TDLR filing. The center has been working on expansions since 2025, per previous reporting, with plans to add a seventh and eighth floor to the hospital.
