The Tide, one of Houston’s premier peptide clinics, officially opened its doors along Grand Boulevard on Aug. 15, Founder Eran Weinberg confirmed.
The patient-oriented facility specializes in peptides, hormone optimization and metabolic care, according to its website.
The approach
At The Tide, patient programming follows a structured clinical pathway supervised and conducted by licensed physicians. Treatments begin with an expert-led consultation, followed by baseline lab work and the development of a comprehensive plan tailored to each patient’s needs and symptoms, the business website indicates.
The Tide’s “evidence-first standard” mandates that patients’ labs are thoroughly evaluated by a physician prior to prescription, this is to ensure that patients do not receive simply a general template for dosages and cycles, but rather, a personalized protocol with scheduled check-ins, officials said.
“What’s important is that we do a full blood work analysis,” Weinberg told Community Impact. “We truly try to identify if you’re the right candidate for what it is as opposed to just trying to sell whatever we can.”
Peptides prescribed by the clinic are sourced from licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies vetted by The Tide personnel. Dr. Saba Haq is the clinic’s head medical director and Maya Case, who obtained degrees from UT Health, is the company’s board-certified nurse practitioner, per its website.
