A new Trader Joe’s location is set for the corner of Preston Road and Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.
The details
Construction is expected to start in December and wrap up next July, according to a project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The Trader Joe’s will anchor the new Promontory on Preston mixed-use project, which was approved by Plano City Council in March.
The grocer is known for its unique self-branded products. Trader Joe’s also sells fresh produce, snacks, meat, seafood, frozen items, baked goods, beer, wine and flowers.
Trader Joe’s has one existing Plano location at 2400 Preston Road, about two miles south of the new location.
