SAN ANTONIO — A person on their way to fish discovered a body with gunshot wounds Friday evening on the north side, according to a San Antonio police preliminary report.
The witness was walking along Wurzbach Road, near West Avenue, when they found the man’s body around 7:50 p.m.
When officers, the San Antonio Fire Department and the Bexar County medical examiner arrived, they located spent shell casings nearby, police said.
Details about the victim’s age and approximate cause of death were not immediately available.
