Missing 17-year-old found dead from gunshot wounds, police investigating as homicide

SAN ANTONIO — Missing 17-year-old Darian Alexandre Rangel was found dead, according to San Antonio police.

Medical examiner records confirm Rangel suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of death was ruled a homicide.

Rangel was found near Wurzbach Parkway and Vista Del Norte at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Sept. 11.

The investigation remains ongoing.
