Jen Smith joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its corporate, M&A and securities group in Austin, the firm announced Monday.
Smith joins from Latham & Watkins, where she was hired to help open the firm’s Austin office in 2021. She advises sponsors, portfolio companies and emerging growth businesses through platform acquisitions, take-private transactions, public offerings and cross-border sales, according to Norton Rose.
