An incident shut down US 67 at Interstate 35W on Monday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation
ALVARADO, Texas — Downed power lines shut down US 67 near Interstate 35W near Alvarado on Monday, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
The incident was reported around 9 a.m. on Sept. 14. 8TV captured images of downed power lines near the site of the shutdown.
It’s not clear what caused the damage or when the highway might reopen. WFAA reached out to local law enforcement for more information but did not immediately hear back.
