UTA is hosting its annual Study Abroad Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the upstairs lounge in the Maverick Activities Center.
Study Abroad director Jason Kouba said the event will have faculty leading study abroad programs, affiliate partner providers and auxiliary offices including the Dallas Passport Agency, the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office and the Student Money Management Center.
“The Study Abroad Fair is meant to serve as kind of a one-stop shop for students to learn about a variety of different program options that are available to them,” Kouba said.
The event will also feature music, free treats and beverages for students to enjoy.
Kouba said he hopes students are able to attend to learn about the opportunities available to them, whether they have an idea of what they want from studying abroad or not.
“It’s a great opportunity to come and talk to a bunch of different people in one location instead of trying to navigate the website and set up different appointments,” Kouba said.
