SAN ANTONIO — The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help finding a 41-year-old woman wanted on an active federal warrant for allegedly violating the conditions of her supervised release.

Jennifer Rivera was federally convicted of Financial Institution Fraud in 2019. She was sentenced to 240 days in custody followed by three years of supervised release, according to the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.

Authorities say Rivera later violated the conditions of her supervised release.

Rivera allegedly tested positive for Methamphetamine twice and failed to appear for five required drug tests while enrolled in substance abuse treatment.

Rivera is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

Authorities say Rivera also has several distinctive tattoos, including a sun on her left hand, the name “Richard” on her right arm, a flower on her chest, and Mickey Mouse on her right thigh.

Investigators caution that her appearance may have changed.

Rivera’s last known address is in Adkins.

Anyone with information about Rivera’s whereabouts is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals at 210-657-8500.
